摘 要:为积极践行立德树人的根本使命,提升教师师德水平成为高校管理的一个重要目标。劳动契约作为一种重要的组织环境变量对和谐劳动关系有积极的促进作用,有助于教师产生高师德水平的工作态度与行为。劳动契约对高校教师师德的影响相关问卷调查结果表明,劳动契约对高校教师的师德有显著的正向预测作用,高校教师的组织认同和职业认同在劳动契约与师德之间起完全中介作用。Based on the current background of teacher ethics construction,this paper explores the influence mechanism of labor contract on university teacher ethics.A questionnaire survey was conducted among university teachers in various regions of China and 397 valid data were collected.SPSS 22.0 and MPLUS 7.0 were used for statistical analysis.The results show that the labor contract has a significant positive predictive effect on teacher ethics.The organizational identity and professional identity of university teachers play a complete intermediary role between the labor contract and teacher ethics.On this basis,management inspiration is put forward to provide decision-making reference for the construction of teacher ethics for the government and universities.
