摘 要:速冻调理食品作为现代食品行业中的重要组成部分,近年来呈现出稳定增长的趋势,相关产品的开发受到广泛关注。速冻调理食品能够在延长货架期的同时最大程度的保存食品原有营养成分,并且具备制作方便、快捷的优点,符合现代快节奏生活中消费者对于速食的需求。从速冻调理食品的发展历程出发,综述速冻调理食品的分类和优势,并对速冻调理食品的产业现状及未来发展趋势进行分析,旨在为速冻调理食品企业的发展提供一定的思路。The quick-frozen conditioning food was taken as the important part of modern food industry,and it had shown a trend of steady growth in recent years,and the development of related products had received extensive attention.Quick-frozen conditioning food could extend shelf life while the original nutrients of food were kept to the maximum extent,and it had the advantages of convenient and fast production,which met the needs of consumers for fast food in the modern fast-paced life.Starting from the development course of quick-frozen conditioning food,the classification and advantages of quick-frozen conditioning food were summarized,and the current industry situation and future development trend of quick-frozen conditioning food were analyzed,and it provided some ideas for the development of quick-frozen conditioning food enterprises.
