师范院校本科教学质量内部保障体系构建与实践--以华中师范大学为例

摘　　要：构建科学合理的教学质量保障体系对于发展我国高等师范教育,提高师范院校人才培养质量具有重要价值与现实意义。华中师范大学围绕人才培养目标,基于全面质量管理思路和原则,综合协调学校内各部门、机构实行系统化的质量管理,构建了由目标决策系统、组织运行系统、制度标准系统、信息采集系统、监测评价系统和结果反馈系统组成的本科教学质量内部保障体系及运行机制,在实践中探索出一条具有综合性师范大学办学特色的教学质量保障体系建设之路。Constructing a scientific and reasonable teaching quality guarantee system is of great value and practical significance for the development of higher normal education and the improvement of talent training quality in normal universities.Central China Normal University focuses on the goal of talent training,and based on the thought and principle of total quality management,Comprehensively coordinate the various departments and institutions in the school to implement systematic quality management,Constructed an internal guarantee system and operating mechanism for undergraduate teaching quality,which consists of target decision-making system,organization operation system,institutional standard system,information collection system,monitoring and evaluation system and result feedback system.And it explored a way to build a teaching quality guarantee system with the characteristics of a comprehensive normal university in practice.
