摘 要:目的评析对护生在手术室护理带教过程中采用系统教学法的临床教学意义。方法此研究的护生行护理带教的时间为2019年3月—2020年3月,随机取84例,分为2组,对照组(n=42)使用传统教学法,观察组(n=42)采用系统教学法,评价两组护生带教前后知识水平与实践技能掌握程度及护生满意度。结果带教前两组护生知识水平与技能程度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教结束考核后发现,采用系统教学法的观察组护生知识掌握度和技能掌握度评分均优于传统教学法的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组对本次带教过程满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护生护理带教时采用系统教学法可有效提升护生知识水平和实践技能,能够获得护生满意度。Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical teaching significance of systematic teaching method for nursing students in the process of nursing teaching in operating room.Methods 84 nursing students in this study were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=42)used traditional teaching method,the observation group(n=42)used systematic teaching method to evaluate the level of knowledge and practical skills before and after teaching and the satisfaction of nursing students.Results There was no difference between the two groups before the teaching(P>0.05).After the examination,it was found that the scores of knowledge mastery and skill mastery in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic teaching method can effectively improve the knowledge level and practical skills of nursing students,and can obtain the satisfaction of nursing students.
