高职冷链物流实训基地建设的现状、机遇与方略——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：冷链物流实训基地建设对高职院校提高物流管理专业教学质量、突出办学特色具有重要的意义。湖南省高职院校冷链物流实训基地建设具备区位交通、科教资源、产业基础的优势,亦存在政府建设规划引导力度不够、建设模式滞后,校校、校企缺乏协调合作机制等不足。面对政策扶持、市场发展、人才需求等机遇,政府要引导并科学规划基地布局,学校应建立基地运行保障机制,企业应参与且确保基地合作建设落到实处,满足区域经济发展对人才的需求。Study on the construction of cold chain logistics training base is of great significance for higher vocational colleges to improve teaching quality and highlight school running characteristics.The construction of cold chain logistics training base of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province has the advantages of regional transportation,science and education resources and industrial foundation.There are also some deficiencies,such as insufficient guidance of government construction planning,lagging construction mode,lack of coordination and cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises,etc.In the face of opportunities such as policy support,market development and talent demand,the government should guide and scientifically plan the layout of the base.Schools should establish a base operation guarantee mechanism,and enterprises should participate in and ensure the implementation of the base cooperation construction to meet the talent demand of regional economic development.
