摘  要:有效的教师培训会促进参训学员专业水平的提高。通过评价教师培训效果,可以使教师更加明确自己的专业发展方向,发现不足,提升教育教学能力。本文利用教育评价的导向性,结合培训实践,构建基于教师专业发展理论的广西县区小学新任教师培训评价体系,用来诊断培训工作的各个环节,检测教师培训效果,发现优势和问题,提出改进意见,以期为今后进一步完善教师培训工作提供依据。The assessment for teacher training is able to provide illuminations for the teachers’professional development and enhance their teaching competencies.By means of the guidance of educational assessment together with the actual teacher training,the paper,based on the theory of teacher professional development,is to establish an appropriate training assessment mechanism for new primary school teachers from different counties in Guangxi,so as to examine the training effects and offer relevant references for arranging training contents and improving training approaches.
