摘　　要：分析2003—2020年国内食品安全监管的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势。采用citespace软件对2003—2020年中国知网(CNKI)数据库发表的食品安全监管相关核心期刊文献中的年发文量、核心作者、机构分布、研究关键词等进行数据统计及可视化分析。结果表明,纳入核心期刊文献896篇,年发文量整体呈正态分布,2013年发文量达到最高峰;核心作者59人,发文量最高的是南京工业大学的王冀宁(15篇);中国检验检疫科学研究院载文量最高(22篇);国内食品安全监管研究领域的研究热点围绕在监管绩效、风险管理、社会共治等方面;研究前沿与趋势集中在食品安全问题、食品安全监管、食品安全问题下消费者的行为分析3个方面。网购食品安全监管等词频、突现值不够高,有待深入研究。Analyze the research status,hot spots and frontier trends of domestic food safety supervision from 2003 to 2020.Citespace software was used to conduct data statistics and visual analysis on the annual number of articles,core authors,organization distribution and research keywords in the core journals related to food safety supervision published in CNKI database from 2003 to 2020.The result showed that a total of 896 core journals were included,and the annual number of papers was normally distributed,reaching the peak in 2013;There were 59 core authors,and WANG Jining(15 papers)from Nanjing University of technology had the highest number of papers;China academy of inspection and quarantine(22 papers)had the highest number of papers;The research hotspots in the field of domestic food safety supervision focused on regulatory performance,risk management,risk management and risk management.The research frontiers and trends focus on food safety issues,food safety supervision and consumer behavior analysis under food safety issues.The frequency and emergent value of online food safety supervision were not high enough,which needed further study.
