摘 要:采用超声提取法提取籽油,氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸种类及含量,GC-MS法测定挥发性物质的化学组成,进而探究八月瓜籽油及其挥发性成分对毛木耳菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,去油后八月瓜籽含有28种氨基酸,总氨基酸质量分数(T)为0.4737%,其中8种必需氨基酸总量(E)为0.1264%,E/T比值达26.68%;甲酯化八月瓜籽油共检测出8种挥发性物质,其中反亚油酸甲酯质量分数最高,其次是7-十八烯酸甲酯;在4种药剂中,以棕榈酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯对毛木耳菌丝生长的影响最大,其在0.1250μg/mL质量浓度下,抑制率和生长速率均有最小值,且与对照相比影响显著。试验结果可为八月瓜籽榨油后残渣资源再利用、籽油综合开发利用提供数据支撑。Akebia trifoliata seed oils were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method,the types and content of amino were determined by amino acid analyzer,and the chemical composition of volatile substances were analyzed by GC-MS,so as to explore the effect of Akebia trifoliata seed oils and its volatile components on mycelial growth of Auricularia polytricha.The results indicated that 28 kinds of amino acids with a total content of 0.4737%,among which 8 kinds were essential amino acids with a total content of 0.1264%,and the value of E/T was 26.68%in Akebia trifoliata seed after oil manufacture.A total of 8 kinds of volatile substances were detected in the methylated Akebia trifoliata seed oil,among which methyl antilinoleate content was the highest,followed by methyl 7-octadecanoate.Among the four agents,methyl palmitate and methyl stearate had greatest influence on mycelial growth of Auricularia polytricha.The inhibition rate and growth rate were the minimum values at the concentration of 0.1250μg/mL,and the influence was significant compared with the control group.The results could provide data support for the recycling resources of Akebia trifoliata seed after oil manufacture,comprehensive development and utilization of seed oil.
