摘 要:本文基于TPACK理论,聚焦高职院校教师信息化教学能力现状,以问卷和访谈形式调研了绍兴市171位高职教师的信息化教学能力.结果表明:高职院校教师的整体信息化教学能力良好,TPACK六个维度的能力发展不均衡;不同性别、不同年龄的教师能力存在不同程度的差异.分析了教师信息化教学能力的影响因素,并从完善考核奖励制度、创建信息化教育环境、开展分层培训、组建学习共同体等四个方面提出了提升教学能力的策略,以便为高职院校信息化教学建设与改革提供参考.Based on the TPACK theory and focused on the current informational teaching ability of higher vocational teachers,this paper investigated the informational teaching ability of 171 higher vocational teachers in Shaoxing City with the questionnaire and interview methods.The results show a high overall informational teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,but with an unbalanced development in the six dimensions of TPACK.The informational teaching ability of the teachers differs with genders and ages.The influencing factors of teachers’informational teaching ability were analyzed,and the corresponding strategies to improve the teaching ability from four aspects were proposed:improving the assessment and reward system,creating informational education environment,carrying out hierarchical training,and establishing learning community,so as to provide reference for the construction and reform of information-based teaching in higher vocational colleges.
