摘　　要：新时代职业教育由规模扩张向提高质量转变,跳跃式的扩招导致教学质量的滑坡,学生就业质量的下降,社会认可度的降低,要改变这样现状,就必须抓管理、抓教与学,这正是教学督导的工作职责。我们以安徽省高职院校为例,对教学督导队伍构建路径加以研究,认为只有构建一支优良的教学督导队伍,才能加强教学监管力度,促进教学质量的提高。Vocational education has changed from scale expansion to quality improvement in the new era.The great fast-escalating enrollment expansion has led to the decline of students’employment level as well as teaching quality and the reduction of social recognition.Therefore,attention should be paid to management,teaching and learning,which is the duty of teaching supervision.Only by building a good teaching supervision team can we strengthen the teaching supervision and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
