摘　　要：我国经济已由高速增长转向高质量发展,需要大量技术技能人才支撑起整个社会的技术基础,师资队伍建设水平是新时代技术技能型人才培养的瓶颈。以打造高水平师资队伍为目标,以相关政策法规为指导,以产业发展方向为指引,探索新职教背景下师资队伍建设新路径。China′s economy has turned from high-speed growth to high-quality development,a large number of technical skilled personnel is needed to support the technical foundation of the whole society.The construction of teaching staff is the bottleneck of the training of technical talents in the new era.With the goal of building higher le-vel of teaching,guided by relevant policies and regulations,and the direction of industrial development,the new path of teaching staff construction under the background of new vocational education is explored.
