摘　　要：目的评价基于岗位胜任力的妇产科学教学体系在妇产科实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院妇产科实习的2014级同学50名作为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;同时选取同期同年级实验班50名同学作为观察组,采用以岗位胜任力为导向,多种教学模式融合的教学方法。两组出科考试采用统一的考核方式,并对两组同学均进行关于学习兴趣、自主学习能力和临床思维方面的问卷调查。最后对两组考核成绩及问卷结果进行对比分析。结果观察组的出科考核成绩及问卷调查结果均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以岗位胜任力为导向,依托模拟教学平台,融合多种教学模式进行优化的妇产科学实践教学课程体系可以改善和提高妇产科学实践教学的效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of obstetrics and gynecology teaching system based on post competency in obstetrics and gynecology practice teaching.Methods The 50 students of grade 2014,those participate the clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College in 2018,were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching methods were used.At the same time,50 students of the same grade in the experimental class were selected as the observation group,and the post competency oriented teaching method was adopted.The unified assessment method was adopted for the graduation examination.All the students were investigated by questionnaire on learning interest,autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking.Finally,the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The examination results and questionnaire survey results of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The practical teaching course system of obstetrics and gynecology,which is guided by post competency,relies on simulation teaching platform and integrates various teaching modes,could improve and increase the effect of practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.
