摘  要:基于Dynaform有限元分析软件,以筒形件拉深成形为例,对激光选区熔化制造的316L不锈钢在室温下的拉深成形性能进行研究。通过单向拉伸试验,对该材料室温下的各项力学性能参数进行检测,得出屈服强度和极限抗拉强度分别为550 MPa和696 MPa,延伸率为12.5%;通过控制变量法,对不同压边力、冲压速度的拉深性能进行分析。试验结果表明:随着冲压速度的增大,316L不锈钢板料减薄率逐渐增大;随着压边力的增大,拉深成形件的减薄率也增大。Based on Dynaform finite element analysis software,taking barrel drawing forming as an example,the drawing performance of 316L stainless steel melted by selective laser at room temperature was studied.The experiment tested the various dynamic performance parameters at room temperature of the material through one-way stretching experiment,and concluded that the yield strength and the limit tensile strength were 550 MPa and 696 MPa,respectively,within elongation rate of 12.5%.Through the control variable method,the drawing performance of different pressure edge forces and stamping speed were analyzed,the experimental results showed that with the increasing of stamping speed,the reduction rate of 316L stainless steel sheet material gradually increased,and with the increasing of blank holder force,the reduction rate of drawing part increased.
