摘 要:随着人工智能在实际生产和生活中应用越来越广泛,其引发的社会伦理问题也备受关注。人工智能的应用伦理已经成为研究的焦点。利用CiteSpace工具,对国际人工智能应用伦理研究文献进行分析发现,现有研究主要探讨了人工智能产品在设计和应用两个阶段出现或者可能出现的伦理问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。这些研究对人工智能在教育领域的应用具有很强的借鉴价值。人工智能在教育领域应用过程中,为规避教育伦理问题,应在设计和应用阶段采取加强人工智能教育伦理研究,规范教育应用;规范人工智能教育应用设计,规避伦理风险;建立责任制度,创建学校层面的问责制;保障师生合法权益,保护师生隐私数据等对策。As artificial intelligence is applied more and more widely in practical production and life,the social ethical problems caused by artificial intelligence are also attracting much attention.The application ethics of artificial intelligence has become the focus of research.Using CiteSpace,this paper analyzes the international research literature on application ethics of artificial intelligence.It is found that the existing research focuses on the ethical problems that occur or may occur in the design and application stages of artificial intelligence products,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.These studies have a strong reference value for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education.In the process of applying artificial intelligence in the field of education,to avoid educational ethical issues,the following strategies should be adopted in the design and application phases:"strengthening research on the educational ethics of artificial intelligence and standardizing education application","standardizing the design of artificial intelligence education application to avoid the ethical risks","establishing a responsibility system to create the school-level accountability","safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students, and protecting their private data.
