摘  要:以金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)在不同生长时期的菌糠为研究对象,发现金针菇能更有效降解甘蔗渣中粗纤维成分。对不同比例甘蔗渣与棉籽壳培养金针菇产生的菌糠中粗蛋白、粗纤维、氨基酸、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维以及酸性洗涤木质素等成分测定后发现,50%甘蔗渣替代棉籽壳配方有利于金针菇菌糠中木质纤维素降解和蛋白质含量提升,培养后金针菇菌糠中的粗蛋白含量上升13%,天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸含量提高超过24%,粗纤维含量降低8%~9%,酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素含量分别下降约9%和12%,该配方培养后的金针菇菌糠更有利于制备饲料。The different growth stages Flammulina velutipes chaff was studied. It was found that F. velutipes could degrade the crude fiber in bagasse more effectively than cottonseed hull. After testing crude protein, crude fiber, amino acids, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin in chaff after cultivating F. velutipes with different proportions of bagasse and cottonseed hull. It was found that 50% bagasse instead of cottonseed hull could increase the degradation of lignocellulose and the protein content. The crude protein content in spent substrate increased by 13%, the contents of aspartic acid,threonine, leucine and lysine increased by more than 24%, and the content of crude fiber decreased by 8%-9%. The content of acid detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin decreased by 9% and 12%, respectively, the F. velutipes chaff in this proportion was more suitable for feed preparation.
