摘  要:在医改模式不断深化的形势下,探讨规培护士当前临床评判思维能力现状,介绍多元化教学方法的概况及其对规培护士临床思维评判能力培养的影响,以期为广大护理教育者在临床带教方面提供借鉴。Under the situation of the deepening of the medical reform mode,this paper discusses the current situation of clinical evaluation thinking ability of standardized nurses,introduces the general situation of diversified teaching methods and its influence on the cultivation of clinical evaluation thinking ability of standardized nurses,in order to provide reference for the majority of nursing educators in clinical teaching.
