摘　　要：继“211工程”“985工程”之后,中共中央、国务院根据当下教育形势做出建设世界一流大学和一流学科高校的重大战略决策,为高等教育的未来指明了新的发展方向。目前入选“双一流”建设的财经类院校较少,主要有中央财经大学、对外经贸大学、上海财经大学、中南财经政法大学和西南财经大学,而其他地方财经类院校如何抓住机遇?以“双一流”为奋斗目标,深化财经专业人才培养改革,使得现有的人才培养模式更加完善且具有竞争力,从而不被时代淘汰是非常值得关注和讨论的议题,研究生人才培养改革更是其中不可以忽视的重要环节。本文从目前“双一流”背景下地方财经类院校研究生培养模式改革面临的问题入手,提出地方财经类院校在研究生人才培养模式改革中要注意凝练研究生人才特色、加强导师队伍建设、进一步完善人才培养制度、创新联合培养模式和深化国际交流合作,以期为地方财经类院校研究生人才培养改革提供参考。Following the"211 Project"and"985 Project",the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made important strategic decisions to build world-class university and fi rst-class discipline university according to the current education situation,pointing out a new development direction for the future of higher education.At present,there are only a few financial institutions selected for the"Double First-class"construction,mainly including the Central University of Finance and Economics,University of International Business and Economics,Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.How can other local fi nancial institutions seize the opportunity?Taking the Double First-class as the goal and deepening the training reform of fi nancial professionals,which can make the existing talent cultivation mode more perfect and competitive,so that it will not be eliminated by the times,is a topic worthy of attention and discussion.The reform of graduate talent cultivation is an important link that cannot be ignored.Starting with the problems faced by the postgraduate training mode reform of local financial and economic colleges under the current background of"Double First-Class"Initiative,this paper puts forward that in the reform of postgraduate cultivation mode,local fi nancial and economic colleges should pay attention to refi ning the characteristics of postgraduate talents,strengthening the construction of tutor team,further improving the talent cultivation system,innovating the joint training mode and deepening international exchanges and cooperation,in order to provide reference for the reform of postgraduate talent cultivation in local fi nancial and economic colleges.
