摘  要:目的探究客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在临床护理实习生综合能力考核中的应用。方法2019年4月—2020年8月,对某医院188名临床护理实习生进行了临床对照研究。根据考核方法的不同将护生分为对照组(常规考核方法)和OSCE组,比较两组护生核心能力得分的统计学差异,比较OSCE组护生及考官对OSCE教学模式满意度的统计学差异,比较两组护生对教学模式认可度的统计学差异。结果OSCE组护生的专业态度、专业实践能力、评判性思维能力、管理能力、人际沟通能力和专业发展能力得分显著高于对照组护生(P<0.05);OSCE组护生对OSCE考核模式的总体满意率为98.93%,其中,护生对考核模式、评价标准及成绩测评和考核工作组织情况的满意度相对较高,均为100%,对病例难易程度、考核深度及广度和考核项目内容的满意度相对较低,分别为97.87%、96.94%和98.30%;OSCE组考官对OSCE考核模式的总体满意率为96.43%,对考核模式、病例的难易程度、评价标准及成绩测评和考核工作组织情况的满意度均为100.00%,对考核深度及广度和考核项目内容的满意度相对较低,分别为92.86%和85.71%;OSCE组护生对教学模式的总认可度显著高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论相比于使用常规考核方法对护生进行考核而言,使用OSCE考核方法进行考核的护生的核心能力相对较高,且其对该方法的满意度及认可度均较高。Objective Explore the application of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the comprehensive ability assessment of clinical nursing interns.Methods From April 2019 to August 2020,a clinical controlled study was conducted on 188 clinical nursing interns in a hospital.According to the different assessment methods,the patients were divided into control group(conventional assessment method)and OSCE group(OSCE assessment method),and the statistical differences in the core competence scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared,and the OSCE group nursing students and examiners were satisfied with the OSCE teaching mode.The statistical difference between the two groups of nursing students’recognition of the teaching mode was compared.Results The scores of professional attitude,professional practice ability,critical thinking ability,management ability,interpersonal communication ability and professional development ability of the OSCE group of nursing students were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate was 98.93%.Among them,nursing students were relatively satisfied with the assessment mode,evaluation standards,performance assessment and assessment work organization,all of which were 100%.The degree of difficulty of the case,the depth and breadth of the assessment,and the assessment items were relatively high.The content satisfaction is relatively low,97.87%,96.94%and 98.30%respectively;the OSCE group examiner’s overall satisfaction rate with the OSCE assessment model is 96.43%,with regard to the assessment model,the difficulty of the case,the evaluation criteria,and the performance evaluation and assessment The satisfaction of the work organization is 100.00%,and the satisfaction with the depth and breadth of the assessment and the content of the assessment items is relatively low,92.86%and 85.71%respectively;the overall recognition of the teaching mode of the OSCE group of nursing students was significantly higher than that of the contro
