摘  要:研究采用结构方程模型,对参与“教师教学国际调查(TALIS)2013+”项目的上海市3772名初中教师的问卷数据进行统计分析,以考察教师专业合作对教学效能感和职业满意度的影响,并检验学科知识评价认同度在其中所起的中介作用。结果发现:教师专业合作与学科知识评价认同度、教学效能感、职业满意度均呈显著正相关;教师的学科知识评价认同度与教学效能感、职业满意度均呈显著正相关;教师的学科知识评价认同度在教师专业合作与教学效能感、教师专业合作与职业满意度的关系中都具有部分中介作用。这一结果启示如下:教师在专业合作活动中需提升对学科知识的整体把握,增进对学科本质和价值的深入理解,以提高教学效能感和职业满意度。The data of the questionnaires of 3,772 junior middle school teachers in Shanghai who participated in the interna⁃tional survey of teachers’teaching(TALIS)2013+project were statistically analyzed by using the structural equation model,to investigate the influence of teachers’professional cooperation on teaching efficacy and career satisfaction and to test the interme⁃diary role of recognition of subject knowledge evaluation.The results have showed that there is a significant positive correlation between teachers’professional cooperation and recognition of subject knowledge evaluation,teaching efficacy and career satisfac⁃tion;there is a significant positive correlation between teachers’recognition of subject knowledge evaluation,teaching efficacy and career satisfaction;and teachers’recognition of subject knowledge evaluation plays a partial intermediary role in the relation⁃ship between teachers’professional cooperation and teaching efficacy,and between teachers’professional cooperation and career satisfaction.The results of this research suggest that teachers need to pay attention to improving the overall grasp of subject knowl⁃edge and deepening understanding of the nature and value of subjects in professional cooperation activities,so as to improve teachers’teaching efficacy and career satisfaction.
