摘  要:在既有线路条件下,基于配置有HZ160C3型转向架的快捷货车动力学模型,建立标准LM车轮与60轨、75轨匹配的磨耗指数与损伤函数预测模型,研究不同轮轨配合时快捷货车通过曲线的磨耗情况,给出快捷货车运行的最小曲线半径建议值。结果表明:快捷货车的轮轨磨耗与疲劳损伤在小半径曲线线路上更为严重,且75轨的轮轨磨耗明显大于60轨;LM车轮与60轨匹配时,曲线半径超过800 m后外轨侧轮轨磨耗趋于稳定,车辆疲劳损伤情况也趋于平缓;LM车轮与75轨匹配时,小半径曲线出现高频次的轮缘接触,曲线半径增至1000 m后疲劳损伤情况明显改善。建议60轨线路最小曲线半径取800 m;75轨线路取1200 m,困难线路取1000 m。Under the existing railway conditions,based on the dynamic model of express freight car equipped with HZ160C3 bogie,the wear index and damage function prediction model of standard LM wheel matching with 60 rail and 75 rail were established,the wear of express freight car passing through curve under different wheel rail matching was studied,and the recommended minimum curve radius for express freight car operation was given.The results show that the wheel rail wear and fatigue damage of express freight cars are more serious in the small radius curve,and the wheel rail wear of 75 rail is significantly greater than that of 60 rail.When 60 rail is matched with LM wheel and the curve radius exceeds 800 m,the wheel rail wear on the outer rail side tends to be stable and the vehicle fatigue damage tends to be gentle.When the 75 rail is matched with the LM wheel,there is high-frequency flange contact in small radius curve,and the fatigue damage is obviously improved when the curve radius increases to 1000 m.It is suggested that the minimum curve radius of 60 rail is 800 m,that of 75 rail is 1200 m,and that of difficult railway is 1000 m.
