摘　　要：针对来华留学生人才培养受时空条件限制、成本较高、人才培养衔接不畅以及跨文化认同等问题,以河北软件职业技术学院祖冲之学院为例,提出了“线上线下结合,国内国外分段”的“互联网+国际教育观”“学校与企业共建,专业与产业融合”的“产业观”和“语言与文化对接,文化元素贯穿始终”的“文化观”,为高职院校来华留学生教育的持续发展提供了借鉴。Aiming at the problems of space-time restriction and high cost,the incoherence of talents cultivation,and cross-cultural identity,the article takes Zu Chongzhi College of Hebei Software Institute as an example,and puts forward the“Internet+international education concept”of“online and offline integration,domestic and foreign segmentation”,the“industry view”of“co-construction of schools and enterprises,integration of specialty and industry”and the“idea of culture”of“language and culture docking,cultural factors in the whole processes”,which provide reference for the sustainable development of the education of foreign students in higher vocational colleges.
