新时代高职学生制度自信教育的现状及对策研究

摘　　要：为国家培养具有工匠精神,追求卓越、心系家国、以技报国的高素质技能型人才是新时代高职院校开展制度自信教育的基本背景。当前高职院校制度自信教育还存在诸多问题,加强高职院校制度自信教育,必须把握三个重点,进行系统规划,分层分类有序推进。加强党员干部培训,提升全体教师理论素养,创新思政课教学模式,加强课程思政建设,强化校园文化建设,厚植制度自信之土壤。It is the basic background for higher vocational colleges to carry out system self-confidence education in the new era to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with craftsman spirit,pursuit of excellence,heart of family and country,and serving the country with technology.The current system of self-confidence education still has many problems in higher vocational colleges.To strengthen the system self-confidence education in higher vocational colleges,we must grasp three key points.Systematic planning,hierarchical and classified promotion should be carried out in an orderly manner.We should strengthen the training of Party members and cadres,improve the theoretical literacy of all teachers,innovate the teaching mode of Ideological and political courses,strengthen the ideological and political construction of courses,strengthen the construction of campus culture,and cultivate the soil of system self-confidence.
