摘  要:高职院校扩招百万政策是国家的战略举措,对我国高职教育和高职院校都带来了深远影响,本文从详细的学情分析入手,深入探讨了多元化生源结构给高职院校带来的机遇与挑战及应对政策,文章提出:面对各种挑战,高职院校应以转变职业教育传统思维,加强顶层设计为前提,以创新人才培养模式为关键,以完善教学管理制度为突破,以质量评估为抓手,实施分类培养、分层教学。因材施教、因人施策,实现“人人皆可成才、人人皆能成才”。服务国家“保就业,促发展”的战略和社会经济的发展,同时促进高职教育迈向更高台阶。The policy of expanding enrollment by one million in higher vocational colleges is a national strategic measure,which has a profound impact on China's higher vocational education and higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the opportunities,challenges and countermeasures brought by diversified student source structure.Faced with various challenges,higher vocational colleges should change the traditional thinking of vocational education,strengthen the top-level design as the premise,innovate the talent training mode as the key,improve the teaching management system as the breakthrough,and implement classified training.Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and making policy according to their individual needs,so as to realize that“everyone can become talented and everyone can become talented”.Serve the national strategy of“ensuring employment and promoting development”and the development of social economy,and at the same time promote higher vocational education to a higher level.
