摘  要:学业舞弊影响社会正义与公众秩序,破坏教育公平。远程教育学业舞弊的预防是目前国家推行远程教育的关注焦点和亟欲改善的问题。美国远程教育对学业舞弊的预防相对较早,美国教育部与院校协会出台了相关的政策、制度,在学生身份认证及远程监考中应用大量先进的科技手段来预防学业舞弊,经验丰富。美国的经验性做法对我国远程教育的政策体系、质量保障体系、学校内部支持体系、学术诚信制度体系以及技术保障体系五个方面的建设有重要参考价值。Academic fraud affects social justice and public order,and undermines educational fairness.The prevention of academic fraud in distance education is the focus of national distance education and the problem that is eager to improve.The prevention of academic fraud in American distance education is relatively early.The U.S.Department of Education and Association of Colleges and Universities have issued relevant policies and systems,and have applied a large number of advanced scientific and technological means to prevent academic fraud in student identity authentication and remote proctoring.The empirical practice of the United States has important reference value for the policy system,quality assurance system,university internal support system,academic integrity system and technical assurance system of distance education in China.
