摘　　要：随着大学生心理健康问题的不断出现,大学生心理健康教育已经逐渐引起各高校的高度重视。当前大学生心理健康教育状况不容乐观。随着信息化技术的不断发展,探究大学生心理健康教育线上线下混合式教学模式,将会推动心理健康教育工作的有效开展。With the continuous emergence of college students'mental health problems,college students'mental health education has increasingly attracted the attention of colleges and universities.The current situation of college students'mental health education is not optimistic.With the continuous development of information technology,exploring the online and offline mixed teaching mode of college students'mental health education will promote the effective development of mental health education.
