高校培育时代新人的路径探究

摘　　要：培育时代新人是高校面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。高校应把坚定理想信念、提升品德修养、勇于担当责任、涵育家国情怀、增长知识见识、提升综合素质,作为高校培养时代新人的目标指向。在探索时代新人培养方略时,要坚持以马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论为指导原则,坚持把满足人的需要和促进人的主体性发展相统一、历史传承与改革创新相统一、理论教育与实践养成相统一、教师队伍建设和时代新人培养相统一以及尊重时代新人成长规律和遵循思想政治教育规律相统一。It is an important and urgent task for colleges and universities to cultivate a new generation for the new era.Colleges and universities should set the goal to cultivate a new generation as follows:the new generation should stand firm in your ideals and convictions,enhance moral cultivation,daringly take responsibilities,nurture a deeper love for the country,broaden the horizon and improve comprehensive quality.When exploring the strategy to cultivate a new generation for the new era,it is essential to adhere to the Marxism theory of people′s all-round development as the guiding principle,which is to meet the needs of people and promote the development of human subjectivity.It is also necessary to adhere to the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of theoretical education and practical training,the unity of team construction of teachers and cultivation of a new generation,and the unity of following both the growth pattern of a new generation and the law of ideological and political work.
