摘 要:目的研究医患沟通模拟教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2020年12月接受临床带教的麻醉科规范化培训住院医师20人,分析考试成绩、综合能力评分、对教学方式满意度以及教师满意度。结果实验组麻醉科规范化培训住院医师考试成绩高于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义;实验组麻醉科范化培训住院医师综合能力优于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义;实验组麻醉科范化培训住院医师对教学方式满意度高于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义;实验组麻醉科范化培训住院医师对教师满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论:运用医患沟通模拟教学模式对麻醉科范化培训住院医师进行规范化培训,可提升培训效果。Objective To study the teaching effect of doctor-patient communication simulation teaching in the standardized training of residents in the anesthesiology department.Methods 20 anesthesiology residents,who received standardized clinical training from January 2019 to December 2020,were selected to analyze the test results,comprehensive ability score,satisfaction with teaching methods and teacher satisfaction.Results The score of standardized training was higher than 0.05 of the control group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant;the normalized training residents of the control group was better than the control group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant;and the normalized training residents were significantly higher than the control group and P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of doctor-patient communication simulation teaching mode for standardized training of resident patients can improve the training effect.
