摘　　要：康复医学与理疗学是我国康复医学事业发展的骨干学科和重要组成部分,随着社会发展和人们对健康需求的不断增长,近几年康复医学得到迅速发展并日益为社会所重视。在国家"双一流"建设大背景下,学科建设是研究生教育赖以生存和发展的基础,是研究生教育质量的有力保障。专业学位教育的健康发展离不开学科建设的支撑。学科的发展,人才是关键,有了高水平的学术队伍,临床、教学、科研才能推陈出新,新的理论、方法、技术才能涌现。科学研究是研究生科研创新能力培养的重要途径,是促进学科发展的关键因素之一。本文着眼于康复医学与理疗学专业学位教育特点,在做好专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训的基础上,通过改革课程体系、搭建交叉融合的科研平台、注重学位论文聚焦临床应用、构建全方位科研创新环境、打造"S-PR-I创新国际化培养"平台等举措,提升研究生的科研创新能力,带动学科建设水平,培养高层次、国际化、创新型康复医学专业人才。Rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy are the backbone disciplines and important components of the development of rehabilitation medicine in China.With the development of society and the continuous growth of people’s health needs,rehabilitation medicine has developed rapidly in recent years and has been paid more and more attention by the society.Under the background of national"double first-class"construction,discipline construction is the basis for the survival and development of graduate education and a powerful guarantee for the quality of graduate education.The healthy development of professional degree education is inseparable from the support of discipline construction.Talents are the key to the development of the discipline.With a high-level academic team,the clinical,teaching and scientific research can bring forth new ideas,and new theories,methods and technologies can emerge.Scientific research is an important way to cultivate postgraduates’scientific research innovation ability and one of the key factors to promote the development of disciplines.This paper focuses on the characteristics of professional degree education in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy,through the reform of the curriculum system,the establishment of a cross-integrated research platform,the focus on the clinical application of dissertations,the construction of an all-round research and innovation environment,and the creation of a"S-P-R-I innovation internationalization training"platform,etc.,to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of postgraduates,to promote the construction level of disciplines,and to train high-level,international and innovative rehabilitation medicine professionals.
