摘　　要：产业教授制度是产教融合的具体操作形式,可从产业链视角合理定位专业群,推进实践课程设置与行业的融合度,缩短教师实践能力更新与行业要求的差距,建立教师社会服务能力培养的长效机制。The industry professor system is a specific means of the integration of industry and education.It can reasonably locate the specialty group from the perspective of industrial chain,promote the integration of curriculum design and industry,shorten the gap between the renewal of teachers'practical ability and industry requirements,and establish a long-term mechanism for the cultivation of teachers'social service ability.It plays an important role in promoting the connotative development of applied universities and is worth popularizing.
