应用型本科会计学专业核心课程项目化教学体系构建研究

摘　　要：当前,应用型本科会计学专业核心课程教学体系存在教学观念导向与人才培养要求不一致、教学内容组织与会计职业实践不匹配、教学过程实施与会计工作过程存在差距及教学结果评价与会计职业标准不相符合等问题,制约了应用型本科会计人才培养质量。突出能力目标、以项目为载体、发挥学生主体地位以及以工作过程为导向是应用型本科会计学专业核心课程项目化教学体系构建的重要原则。应用型本科会计学专业核心课程项目化教学,应该按照应用型会计人才培养要求重新定位教学目标,根据会计职业实践需求重新组织教学内容,结合会计工作过程重新构造教学过程,参照会计职业标准重新设计评价方案。At present,there are problems which exist in the teaching system of the core curriculum of applied undergraduate accounting major hinder the talent training quality:the teaching concept is inconsistent with the talent training requirements,the teaching content does not match the practice of the accounting major,the teaching implement cannot meet the working process,and the teaching evaluation does not conform to the professional standards.The important principles for the construction of the core curriculum are to highlight abilities,take project as carrier,exert student role and orient at working process.The project-based teaching should reset the teaching targets according to the applied talent training of accounting,reorganize the teaching contents in line with the professional practice of accounting,reconstruct the teaching processes with the working procedure,and redesign the evaluation plan with reference to the accounting professional standards.
