高职院校青年教师教育教学能力培养存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：教学的质量大程度上取决于教师教育教学能力,而教学质量的高低又大程度上决定高校竞争力的强弱。高职院校中青年教师是高校教学工作的主力军,因此,青年教师的教育教学能力将会很大的影响到高校的教育教学、人才培养质量和高校竞争力。是以,高校应该如何有效的培养青年教师教育教学能力已成为迫在眉睫的课题之一。分析高职院校在青年教师教育教学能力培养工作中培养体系不完善、考核评价不健全、实践技能不扎实等现实问题,在此基础上,提出完善培养体系、制定考核评价制度、重视实践教学能力培养等相关对策建议,希望能使高校青年教师更好地为社会进步和经济发展服务。The quality of teaching largely depends on the teaching ability of teachers,and the quality of teaching largely determines the competitiveness of universities.In higher vocational colleges,young teachers are the main force of teaching work,their education and teaching ability will greatly affects the education and teaching,the quality of the personnel training and the competitiveness in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,how to effectively cultivate young teachers’education and teaching ability become an imminent issue.This paper mainly analyzes the practical problems in the training of young teachers’education and teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,such as the imperfect training system,the imperfect assessment and evaluation,and the unsound practical skills.Then on the basis of these,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including improving the training system,formulating the assessment and evaluation system,and attaching importance to the cultivation of practical teaching ability,hoping to make young teachers in higher vocational colleges better serve social progress and economic development.
