摘 要:校企合作是高职院校经常采用的人才培养模式之一,是开展实践技能教育的有效方法和手段。为了进一步提高高职院校服务外包人才培养质量,在综合分析高职院校开展校企合作的必要性、开展校企合作存在的问题、校企合作运行机制之后,创新性地提出基于校企合作的高职市场营销专业服务外包人才培养路径和策略。School-enterprise cooperation is one of the talent training models often adopted by higher vocational colleges,and it is an effective method and means to carry out practical skills education.In order to further improve the quality of service outsourcing talent training in higher vocational colleges,after comprehensively analyzing the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,the problems existing in schoolenterprise cooperation,and the operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,the innovative proposal is based on school-enterprise cooperation.The training path and strategy of cooperative higher vocational marketing professional service outsourcing talents.
