摘  要:茶饮料与茶食品是我国深加工产业重要的领域,“十三五”期间,我国茶饮料与茶食品加工产业得到稳步发展。文章简要总结了茶饮料与茶食品加工领域“十三五”期间取得的主要进展,针对存在的问题,提出了该领域“十四五”期间的发展方向,为茶饮料与茶食品加工研发提供参考。Tea beverage and tea food are important areas of tea comprehensive processing in China,during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,tea beverage and tea food processing industries have developed steadily.This paper briefly summarized the main progress during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period in the field of tea beverage and tea food.In view of the existing problems,the development direction in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period were also presented to provide references for the research and development of tea beverage and tea food processing.
