摘  要:目的应用AMOS系统和问卷形式改进标准化病人(SP)模式在儿科的临床教学工作中的作用。方法发放问卷调查,对于问卷调查内容进行矩结构(AMOS)系统分析,获得影响教学质量的潜在因素,比较改进教学细节后不同学校同学成绩差异性。结果(1)结合问卷调查分析各个指标对于提高教学质量的作用,找出此教学模式的优缺点以及待改进方面。(2)改进教学细节后,学生成绩在改进后教学成绩显著提高,P<0.05。(3)AMOS系统分析,课程期望、课程体验、课程价值、满意度、课程改进这5大因素影响教学质量。课程期望显著影响课程的评价,也会显著影响其改进,呈正相关,R=5.18,P<0.05;课程期望影响课程满意度,呈负相关,R=-0.14,P<0.05;满意度与参改进呈负相关R=-0.75,P<0.05;课程体验与满意度程负影响关系,R=-0.35,P<0.05。讨论结合AMOS分析和问卷调查,改进教学细节,让SP教学模式更加精准的改进儿科教学工作。Objective To improve the standardized patient(SP)model in pediatric clinical teaching by AMOS system and questionnaire.Methods The questionnaire survey was distributed,and the content of the questionnaire was analyzed systematically by AMOS to obtain the potential factors affecting the teaching quality,and the differences of students'scores in different schools after improving teaching details were compared.Results(1)Combined with the questionnaire survey,analyze the effect of each index on improving the teaching quality,find out the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching mode and the aspects to be improved.(2)After the improvement of teaching details,the students'scores were significantly improved after the improvement,P<0.05.(3)AMOS system analysis shows that curriculum expectation,curriculum experience,curriculum value,satisfaction and curriculum improvement affect teaching quality.Curriculum expectation has a significant impact on curriculum evaluation and improvement,with a positive correlation(R=5.18,P<0.05);curriculum expectation has a negative impact on curriculum satisfaction,R=-0.14,P<0.05;satisfaction has a negative correlation with participation improvement,R=-0.75,P<0.05;curriculum experience has a negative impact on satisfaction,R=-0.35,P<0.05.Conclusion Combined with AMOS analysis and questionnaire survey,improve teaching details and make SP teaching mode more accurate to improve pediatric teaching.
