摘 要:目的对临床实践教学评价范式构建进行探讨。方法选取山西省汾阳医院实习的临床本科学生60名,对其进行以学生为中心的临床带教和评价,在实习前和实习后就其临床能力和职业素养共21个条目(每个条目分5分)进行自我评价和他人评价。结果临床能力包括临床技能操作、规范体格检查、完整采集病史、规范书写病历方面,实习后较实习前自我评价和他人评价均有了明显的提升(P<0.01);职业素养包括责任心和同情心自我评价和他人评价实习后较实习前有了显著提升(P<0.01);抗压力方面学生自我评价实习后较实习前有了显著提升(P<0.01),他人评价实习后较实习前有了提升,但差异不显著,而其他方面如有一定科研能力、有效处理实习与生活等方面实习后与实习前无论是自我评价还是他人评价均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床实践教学评价范式的构建,首先确立以学生为中心,以促进学生的全面发展,提高学生的综合能力提高为目的的观念;其次应以学生包括在内的多方参与评价,使评价更客观;最后重视评价的结果反馈。Objective To discuss the paradigm building of clinical teaching evaluation.Methods 60 students,having their internship in Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province,were selected and evaluated after being educated by means of student-centered teaching.21 items(each 5 points)concerning their clinical ability and profession qualities were both self-evaluated and evaluated by others before and after teaching.Results Self-evaluation and others’evaluation had significant rise(P<0.01)before and after experiment in clinical abilities including clinical operation,physical examination,history-collecting and writing.Professional qualities,including responsibility and compassion,had significant increase(P<0.01)before and after experiment.However,in the aspect of dealing with pressure,there was significant rise in the self-evaluation,but no statistically significant difference in others’evaluation,despite the existence of little increase.There was no statistically difference before and after the experiment in other aspects such as research ability,effective handling the practice and life in both self-evaluation and others’evaluation(P>0.05).Conclusion To construct clinical teaching evaluation paradigm,the notion,being student-centered and aiming to promote students’overall development and improve their comprehensive ability,should be put into the first place.Second,multiple evaluation including students’self-evaluation should be used to increase the objectiveness.Finally,the feed-back should be laid importance on.
