摘　　要：本文介绍了食用植物油中掺伪情况,并综述了其相关检测技术,为食用植物油中掺伪检测方法的研究提供理论基础,并对掺伪检测方法的发展方向进行了展望。This article introduces the current adulteration in edible vegetable oil and summarizes its related detection technologies,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of adulteration detection methods in edible vegetable oils,and looks forward to the development direction of adulteration detection methods.
