摘 要:顺应教师教育改革潮流,名师工作室作为一种具有导教、共学、引研性质的新型成人学习共同体在我国各地逐渐涌现,对促进教师学习和教师专业发展有着重要意义。基于诺尔斯成人学习理论,分析当前名师工作室运行面临外部支持困境、内部运行困境和考核评价困境。提出优化名师工作室运行效能的策略:在外部支持上突出教师“自我概念”、尊重教师主观需求;在内部运行中重视教师已有经验、注重问题导向并提升教师的团队合作意识;在考核评价上建立合理的考评机制以激发教师学习内动力。In line with the trend of teacher education reform,as a new type of adult learning community with the characteristics of guiding teaching,learning together and leading research,teacher studios are gradually emerging in all parts of China,which is of great significance to promote teachers’learning and professional development.Based on Knowles’adult learning theory,this paper analyzes the current difficulties in external support,internal operation and assessment in the operation of famous teachers’studios.This paper puts forward some strategies to optimize the operation efficiency of the famous teachers’studios:highlighting teachers’self-concept and respecting teachers’subjective needs in terms of external support;valuing teachers’existing experience,focusing on problem orientation and enhancing their sense of teamwork in the internal operation;establishing a reasonable assessment mechanism in the assessment and evaluation to stimulate the motivation of teachers in learning.
