摘　　要：对花生衣多酚类物质的提取、分离纯化方法、生物活性及应用等方面的研究进行了概述,为其综合利用提供理论依据,推动花生加工业的可持续发展。The extraction,separation and purification methods,biological activity and application of peanut skin polyphenols were summarized to provide a theoretical basis for its comprehensive utilization and promote the sustainable development of the peanut processing industry.
