摘　　要：高校体育课内外一体化教学模式,能够通过构造课内教学和课外教学两个阶段,采取俱乐部式的课外教学方法,实现课内教学向课外教学的延展,有效弥补传统体育教学模式的缺陷。为此,分析并构建了体育课内外一体化教学模式,同时结合学分制的管理模式,探讨了课内外一体化教学模式的改革策略。The integrated teaching model of physical education in and out of class in colleges and universities can adopt club-style extracurricular teaching methods by constructing two stages of in-class teaching and extra-curricular teaching to realize the extension of in-class teaching to extra-curricular teaching,and effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional physical education teaching mode.For this reason,it analyzes and constructs an integrated teaching model of physical education inside and outside the class,and at the same time,combines the management mode of the credit system to discuss the reform strategy of the integrated teaching model inside and outside the class.
