摘　　要：高校辅导员与大学生的接触多、交流多,对大学生的学习和生活影响最大。心理教育是辅导员的本职工作,提升辅导员的心理教育能力,有助于改善大学生群体的心理健康状况,促进大学生的全面健康发展。文章结合高校辅导员心理教育能力培养的实际情况,从辅导员心理教育能力需求出发,总结辅导员心理教育能力的培养策略。College counselors have more contact and communication with college students,which has the greatest impact on college students'study and life.Psychological education is the job of counselors.Improving the ability of psychological education of counselors will help to improve the mental health of college students and promote the all-round and healthy development of college students.Combined with the actual situation of the cultivation of college counselors'psychological education ability,starting from the needs of counselors'psychological education ability,this paper summarizes the cultivation strategies of counselors'psychological education ability.
