摘  要:采用整群取样方法,抽取1204名中小学教师,考察新手、熟手、专家型教师的学生观差异。结果表明:(1)在发展观、决定观、差异观、角色观、评价观及综合学生观上,新手、熟手、专家型教师都处于中等水平;(2)除发展观外,新手、熟手、专家型教师在决定观、差异观、角色观、评价观及综合学生观上存在显著差异。结论:(1)新手、熟手、专家型教师的学生观皆不理想,亟待转变,专家型教师尤甚。(2)转变教师学生观是一个复杂的过程。首先,要评价先行,以评促变;其次,要结合教学反思,对抗隐性旧学生观;最后,要形成同事之间的协同机制,共同进步。Using cluster sampling method,1204 primary and secondary school teachers were selected to investigate the differences of student views among novice,proficient and expert teachers.The results show that:(1)novice,proficient and expert teachers are at the middle level in the view of development,decision,difference,role,evaluation and comprehensive students;(2)in addition to the concept of development,novice,proficient and expert teachers have significant differences in the concept of decision,difference,role,evaluation and comprehensive students.Conclusion:(1)the student view of novice,proficient and expert teachers is not ideal and needs to be changed,especially expert teachers;(2)changing teachers'view of students is a complex process.First of all,we should evaluate first to promote change;secondly,we should combine teaching reflection to fight against the implicit old student view;finally,we should form a collaborative mechanism among colleagues to make common progress.
