摘 要:高职院校担负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任.良好的师德对人才培养质量提升和学校长久发展都有着积极的推动作用.在网络多元文化的冲击下,影响高职院校师德建设的因素有很多,服务意识欠缺便是其中之一.通过介绍服务意识的内涵,分析了高职院校师德建设及服务意识缺乏的现状,从国家教育方针、教育本质要求和学校长远发展三个角度论证了增强服务意识对加强师德建设的重要性,并提出了坚定信念、完善机制、内化行为等增强教师服务意识的具体措施,以促进高职院校师德建设.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training high-quality technical talents.Good teacher ethics has a positive role in promoting the quality of personnel training and the long-term development of the school.Under the impact of network multiculturalism,there are many factors affecting the construction of teachers’ethics in higher vocational colleges,one of which is the lack of service consciousness.By introducing the connotation of service consciousness,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of teachers’ethics and the lack of service consciousness in higher vocational colleges,and demonstrates the importance of strengthening service consciousness to strengthen the construction of teachers’ethics from three perspectives of national education policy,the essential requirements of education and the long-term development of the school,and puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen teachers’service consciousness,such as firm belief,perfect mechanism and internalized behavior so as to promote the construction of teachers’ethics in higher vocational colleges.
