摘  要:基于学科整合视野下的青年教师工作坊是从关注“训”到关注“学”,再到教师专业发展共同体的“升级版”。杭州外国语学校青年教师工作坊在实践中秉持选择发展、抱团发展、主动发展和统筹发展的理念,取得了一定的成效。学校要为青年教师的长远发展搭建更高的平台,实行校名师工作室建设与青年教师工作坊建设通盘考虑,逐步打造一支高素质、专业化、有担当、有情怀,堪当“重要窗口”建设重任的中学学术型教师队伍。Based on the perspective of discipline integration,the focus of young teachers'workshop shifts from"training",to"learning",and then to"upgrading"of the teachers'professional development community.The workshop of young teachers in Hangzhou foreign languages school has achieved some results by adhering to the concept of selective development,group development,active development and overall development.In order to develop the faculty into a high-quality,professional,responsible and dedicated team of middle school academic teachers who can be regarded as an"important window",the school should take a step-by-step approach,build a higher platform for the long-term development of young teachers,and coordinate the planning of star teachers'studio and the young teachers'workshop.
