摘 要:乡村适应能力是影响公费师范生是否愿意真正长期扎根乡村的重要因素,也是检验师范院校公费师范生人才培养的重要标准。作者通过对H师范学院毕业生的调查发现,公费师范生毕业回归乡村任教的适应力并不乐观,具体表现在他们基本能适应乡村条件,但不同程度地有存在感和归属感较弱、人际交往能力有待加强、知识适应能力较弱以及职业态度与职业成就动机有待加强等问题,这与学校课程设置针对性不强有很大关系。为此,学校要根据公费师范生的培养特点,通过调整课程目标、改善课程设置、强化课程实施以及完善课程评价等系列手段进行课程改革。Rural adaptability is an important factor that affects whether public-funded normal students are willing to take root in rural areas for a long time,and it is also an important criterion for testing the cultivation of public-funded normal students in normal universities.Through the survey of graduates from H Normal College,the writer found that the adaptability of publicfunded normal students returning to rural areas after graduation is not optimistic.They can basically adapt to rural conditions but have a weak sense of belonging;they need to strengthen their interpersonal skills;their knowledge adaptability is weak;their professional attitude and motivation for professional achievement need to be strengthened.The problems have a lot to do with the lack of pertinence of university curriculum.For this reason,universities should carry out curriculum reforms through a series of means according to the training characteristics of public-funded normal students such as adjusting curriculum goals,improving curriculum arrangement,strengthening curriculum implementation and improving curriculum evaluation.
