摘  要:目前师范技能的训练是师范专业培养的一个瓶颈,而地方本科院校教师普遍超负荷工作,增加师范技能训练相关课程课时有现实困难.2016年以来,湘南学院在"无机化学"等课程中系统地规模化组织师范生开展课前五分钟教学实践,经过五年的积累与创新,逐渐形成了一个以师生合作的课题组为核心、学生自主运行、参与面大、效果明显但又不增加教师负担的培养模式.At present, the training of teacher’s training skills is a bottleneck in the training of teachers’ specialty.The teachers are generally overworked with work and it is actually difficult to increase teacher training skills courses in local university.Since 2016, the Five Minutes Teaching Before Class has been systematically carried out in inorganic chemistry course of Xiangnan University.After five years of accumulation and innovation, it has formed a new training model for chemistry formal students with the core of the student-teacher cooperative research group, independent organization by students, wide participation and obvious effect, yet without increasing the burden on teachers.
