高职院校建筑类专业家庭经济困难学生就业心理调查研究——以泰州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：家庭经济困难学生作为大学生中的特殊群体,在当前严峻的就业形势下处于相对弱势地位,就业压力突出,极易出现心理问题。文章运用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,对泰州职业技术学院建筑类专业家庭经济困难学生进行就业心理调查,针对调查结果及出现的常见问题进行分析研究,最后提出了几点解决问题的对策。As a certain special group in college,students coming from families confronted with financial setbacks experience extreme job hunting pressure under such circumstances as severe as never before for being at a notice⁃able disadvantage,which inevitably will pose significant psychological problems.This paper conducts series of sur⁃veys of students'psychological reactions during periods of employment,specifically of students majoring in Archi⁃tecture.Then,it analyzes research results and its pertaining issues to put forth several strategies and coping tactics finally for solving psychological problems triggered by job searching among students whose families are faced with financial difficulties.
