摘 要:地方院校卓越师范生培养已在前期取得一定成效,同时也存在不足。在卓越教师培养计划2.0、教师资格证国考和师范专业认证等政策引导下,新时代卓越师范生职业认同感培养尤为重要。通过师范生入学阶段专业意愿、培养初期职业认知、培养过程职业成熟度和培养后期从教意愿的测试,可以摸索出卓越师范生职业认同感测试的实施方法及其作用,并为提升师范生职业认同感和培养质量提出有效建议。There exists certain gains and losses in earlier cultivation of excellent normal students.Guided by Excellent Teacher Program 2.0,National Examination for Teacher Qualification and Teacher Certification,the cultivation of professional identification for excellent normal students is of significance.By testing normal students professional intend in enrollment,professional awareness in early stage,career maturity in process and career intention in later stage,the measures and functions of professional identification test in excellent normal student cultivation can be worked out in order to improve the effectiveness of normal students identification and quality.
