浅谈教师专业发展的困境及其应对策略

摘  要:教师专业发展不仅影响着素质教育发展的程度,还关乎着立德树人根本任务的最终实现。义务教育阶段教师专业发展引领主要面临着教师自我身份定位模糊、教学专业能力更新滞后和教学对象范式转化等现实困境;要通过构建外在保障与内在激励的长效机制、注重教师本位与学生本位的良性互动、强化价值观教育目标与教学实践的融合渗透等措施,实现引领教师专业发展的困境突围和价值重构。The development of teachers’ specialty not only affects the development of quality education, but also relates to the ultimate realization of the fundamental task of establishing a man with virtue. In the compulsory education stage, the development of teachers’ professional is facing the realistic difficulties such as the fuzzy self-identity orientation, the lagging of the updating of teaching professional ability and the transformation of teaching object paradigm;The paper proposes that the problems leading the professional development of teachers should be overcome and the value reconstruction should be realized by constructing long-term mechanism of external guarantee and internal incentive, paying attention to the benign interaction between teachers’ standard and student standard, strengthening the integration and penetration of value education objectives and teaching practice.
