摘　　要：2021年4月《中华人民共和国教育法》修订通过并施行。此次教育法修订具有重大意义,是贯彻全国教育大会精神的重要举措。2021新版教育法丰富了教育事业的指导思想,凸显了教育事业的重要地位,明确了五育并举的教育方针,增加了教育内容的文化内涵,回应了教育公平的时代要求,体现了教育基本法律制度的不断完善,为未来教育事业的发展指明了方向。The Education Law of the People’s Republic of China(the 2021 Amendment)was issued and came into force in April 2021.The 2021 Amendment is of great significance,reflecting the spirit of the recent National Education Conference.The 2021 Amendment enriches the guidelines of educational undertakings,highlights the importance of educational enterprise,and emphasizes the principle of"Five Domains of Education".It also adds cultural elements into education and responds to the requirements of educational equity,all of which demonstrate the improvements of Chinese educational legal system and point out future directions.
