摘 要:目的研究EBM教学联合情景模拟教学法在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月在我院急诊基地规陪3~6个月的内科基地及急诊基地住院医师共69名,采用随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组共有医师32例,观察组共有医师37例。对照组采用情景模拟教学法进行教学,观察组采用EBM教学联合情景模拟教学法进行教学。在两组医师培训结束后,进行综合能力考试,考核医师的理论笔试成绩和实际操作成绩,考核完成后对两组医师的得分进行对比。结果观察组医师的综合平均得分(86.62±10.94)分高于对照组医师综合平均得分(73.86±12.61)分。数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用EBM教学联合情景模拟教学法进行急诊科住院医师培训,可以有效地提升急诊科住院医师的治疗和护理过程的规范化和流程化,同时提升医师对于专业知识能力的掌握水平,改善医师心理状态,让医师能够更加从容的面对急诊科病理。Objective To study the application of EBM teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching method in standardized training of emergency resident physicians.Method A total of 69 resident physicians in internal medicine base and emergency base were selected from January 2020 to January 2021 and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.There were 32 physicians in the control group and 37 in the observation group.The control group used situational simulation teaching method for teaching,and the observation group used EBM teaching combined with situational simulation teaching method for teaching.After the training of the two groups of physicians,the comprehensive ability test was conducted to assess the scores of physicians in theoretical written test and practical operation.After the assessment,the scores of the two groups of physicians were compared.Results The comprehensive average score of physicians in the observation group(86.62±10.94)points was higher than that of the control group(73.86±12.61)points.The data comparison is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of EBM teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching method for emergency department resident training can effectively improve the standardization and flow of treatment and nursing process of emergency department resident doctors,and at the same time improve physicians.The level of mastery of professional knowledge and ability improves the psychological state of physicians,so that physicians can face emergency pathology more calmly,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
